Box 109 Lemoyne, PA 17043-0109 Re: Susquehanna Trail Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (Clearance} Dear Mr. Stewart: I have reviewed the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement in the above-referenced matter and have no objection to that reformation. In addition, I have reviewed the Accounting provided by PNC Bank as trustee, and, we have no objection to that Accounting. I note that the original Trust Agreement provided for the ability of the original donor, and the American Business Women's Association, to amend the trust and change it. Accordingly, they have done so, creating the foundation. Therefore, I am of the opinion that they need not take that reformation to Orphans' Court for approval in this case.
