DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 24th day of June, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant
of Letters filed by Robert E. Eisenhower, for the above decedent and an instrument
offered for probate naming Robert E. Eisenhour as executor and sufficient proof having
been offered to show that the spelling of Mr. Eisenhower's name was an error, IT IS
DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of
Virginia l. Johns and shall be considered to be dated April 11, 1973.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to
Robert E. Eisenhower, this date. He shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary
under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according to law.
