Hosie, husband and wife of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Tiday Property Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot 133, as shown on a plan entitled, "Meadowbrook Farms, Final Subdivision Plan Phase VII ", dated April 10, 2008, by PennTerra Engineering, Inc., State College, PA, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin being an easterly corner of Lot 132 and lying in a southerly R/W line of Cherry Blossom Court (50' R/W; 60' radius cul -de -sac); thence, along said R/W along a curve to the left having a chord bearing of S 88' 37'59" E, a chord distance of 60.28 feet, a radius of 60.00 feet, and an arc length of 63.16 feet to an iron pin lying along said R/W and being a westerly corner of Lot 134; thence, along said lot S 28' 47' 19" E 281.64 feet to an iron pin 7A� 70 6 s� � 307730 being a southerly corner of said lot and lying in a northerly line of Open Space; thence, along said Open Space N 89' 06'00" W 344.89 feet to an iron pin lying along said Open Space and being a southerly corner of Lot 131; thence, along Lot 131 and along Lot 132 N 31 31' 22" E 284.89 feet to an iron pin, being the place of beginning, containing 1.131 acres. Lot 133 is subject to a 10' wide utility & sidewalk easement along its street frontage and a wetlands conservation easement along its southerly boundary. NOW, the 2�2 day of June, 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Michael P. Hosie and Holly L. Hosie, husband and wife to the said Tiday Property Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Tiday Property Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Tiday Property Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company paid by Michael P. Hosie and Holly L. Hosie, husband and wife it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub - contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
