PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 3102 OF PENNSYLVANIA PROBATE,
ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES CODE ANNOTATED
AND NOW, comes Petitioner, Margaret Irene Miller, by her
attorneys , Steiner, Sandoe & Cooper, Esquires , and respectfully
aver as follows :
1 . Petitioner is Margaret Irene Miller, a sui juris
individual, currently residing at 7 Plymouth Drive, Jonestown,
PA 17038 .
2 . Decedent is Louise Mae Geib, formerly a resident of
Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home, 1000 W. South Street, Carlisle, PA,
County of Cumberland. Decedent died testate on June 4, 2011 .
3 . Letters Testamentary were granted due to Petitioner on
June 17 , 2011
4 . The names and addresses of the heirs or beneficiaries
of the decedent are as follows :

capacity, and no fiduciaries have been or need to be appointed
for any party in this case.
7 . The assets of the decedent ' s estate, and the values

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to
enter an Order authorizing Margaret Irene Miller to settle the
Estate of Louise Mae Geib, approving payments of $568 . 89 to
Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home for nursing home services ; $750 . 00
to the law firm of Steiner, Sandoe & Cooper, in payment of
attorney' s fees ; $750 . 00 to Margaret I . Miller, in payment of
executor' s fee; and $387 . 04 to the law firm of Steiner, Sandoe &
Cooper for reimbursement of costs advanced. Petitioner further
requests approval of the payment of the balance of funds
remaining, $5 , 055 . 03 , being paid to the PA Department of Public
Welfare. Petitioner further requests the balance of the funds
owing to the PA Department of Public Welfare, together with any
debts or obligations to any other unpaid creditors, be
discharged.
