WHEREAS, GEORGE S, ARHONDAKIS and SHERR1 HOCKLEY-ARHONDAKIS of915
Magnolia Way, Enola, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
CARLSON CONSTRUCTION] of 1208 Summit Way, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of
a building upon premises commonly known as 1283 SUMMIT WAY, Township Hampden, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated December 7, 2004, recorded at Deed Book 266, Page
4236, in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in
Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto,
NOW, April I , 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract
with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($],00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any
of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern right-of-way line of Summit Way, that is located
at the northeastern corner of Lot #96 being the northwestern corner of Lot #97; thence, along the
southern right-of-way line of Summit Way on a curve to the right with a radius of355.00 feet with
an arc length of 30,88 feet have a chord with a distance of 30.87 feet and a chord bearing South
32 degrees 44 minutes 51 seconds East to a point; thence, along the same South 30 degree 15
minutes 20 seconds East by a distance of 79,16 feet to a point; thence, along Lot #57 South 59
degree 44 minutes 40 seconds West by a distance of 137.01 feet to a point; thence, along Lot #58
North 47 degrees 59 minutes 44 seconds West by a distance of 83,76 feet (erroneously labeled on
the recorded subdivision plan as North 47 degrees 59 minutes 44 seconds West by a distance of
115,11 feet) to a point; thence, along Lot #59 North 45 degrees 45 minutes 57 seconds West by
a distance of31.36 feet (erroneously labeled on the recorded subdivision plan as North 47 degrees.
