of the Petition of Janet L. Kutz, Executrix of the Estate of Harry L. Wyrick Sr. and Trustee under
the Harry L. Wyrick Sr. and Mildred E. Wyrick Revocable Living Trust,this Court grants an
Order authorizing the sale of real estate situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County
Pennsylvania containing seven(7) acres one hundred twenty-two (122)perches, designated as
Cumberland County T�Parcel#08-12-0334-061 unto Chad D. Bear and Lizabeth A. Bear for
the sum of Thirty Thousand($30,000.00) Dollars, or to another third party in consideration of a
similar price if Chad D. Bear and Lizabeth A. Bear fail to complete the transaction. The net
proceeds shall be deposited into the Estate Account of Harry L. Wyrick, Sr., deceased.
