Real Estate-All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having thereon erected a 118,000.00
dwelling house being known and numbered as 25 Walnut Lane,Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Carl L.Weber by deed dated December
23, 1983 and recorded December 28, 1983 in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office. A copy of said Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
property was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated March 5,
2014,a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement
occurred on June 30, 2014. Copies of the Settlement Statement and the Deed
conveying the property are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of
the property was$118,000.00.
