NOW COMES, Lezzer Lumber, Inc., Claimant above named, and by its Attorneys,
Kubista& Ryan LLP, files its Mechanics' Lien Claim pursuant to 49 P.S. Section 1503, as
follows:
1. The Claimant is Lezzer Lumber, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having its principal
place of business at 332 Schofield Street, Curwensville, Pennsylvania 16833.
2. The Claimant files this claim as a subcontractor. The contractor is Strickland Brothers
Construction LLC.
3. The date of the last delivery of materials was January 31, 2014.
4. Notice of Intent to file this claim was provided to Martin Nagy, Owner, by first class
mail, on May 28, 2014. A copy was also mailed by certified mail, return receipt
requested however no return receipt has been received as of the time of the filing of this
Claim. A true and correct copy of the said Notice, is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit
"A" and is incorporated herein by reference as if set forth at length.
5. Claimant furnished materials which were utilized in improvements to the property of
Owner as described herein below. A true and correct copy of the statement showing the
various materials supplied is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated
herein as if set forth at length.
6. The amount claimed to be due and owing to Claimant is $1,621.80, together with
interest.
7. The property which is subject to this lien is described as 6363 Locust Lane,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050.
WHEREFORE, Claimant claims a lien upon the property herein described in the
amount of$1,621.80, together with interest and costs as allowable by law.
