PETITION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE AND ISSUE LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION FOR THE ESTATE OF DORIS R. WIDRA TO SHAUN O'TOOLE
NOW COMES Petitioner, PRESBYTERIAN HOMES, INC. D/B/A GREEN RIDGE
VILLAGE ("Petitioner"), by and through its in-house legal counsel, Nicole M. Weigel, Esquire,
and files this Petition to Make Rule Absolute and Issue Letters of Administration for the Estate
of Doris R. Widra to Shaun O'Toole, and, in support thereof, states:
1. Doris R. Widra("Decedent") died on December 2, 2013.
2. Petitioner is a priority creditor of the Estate of Doris R. Widra.
3. Petitioner filed a Petition for Citation to Grant Letters of Administration Pursuant
to 20 Pa. C.S. § 3155 requesting that a Citation be issued to show cause why Letters of
Administration for the Estate of Doris R. Widra should not be issued to Shaun O'Toole.
4. On or about May 29, 2014, Lisa M. Grayson, Esquire, Register of Wills & Clerk
of the Orphans' Court issued a Citation ("Rule")to the following heirs of Doris Widra:

Newville, PA 17241 ?_?
Kathy L. Feuchtenberger, Adult Daughter
2136 Duckwalk Court
Waldorf, MD 20602

5. The Rule cited the above-noted heirs to show cause why Letters of Administration
for the Estate of Doris R. Widra should not be issued to Shaun O'Toole. See the Rule attached
hereto as Exhibit"A."
6. The Rule was returnable within twenty (20) days of service.
7. The Rule was served on all heirs by the Cumberland County Orphans' Court.
8. To date, only one heir, Vickie Wallick, has responded. .
9. Vickie Wallick stated in her response that it would be in the best interest of the
Estate to appoint an impartial third party, such as Shaun O'Toole, as Administrator.
10. To date, no other heirs have responded to the rule.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, PRESBYTERIAN HOMES, INC. D/B/A GREEN RIDGE
VILLAGE, respectfully requests that this Honorable Court deem the Rule absolute and grant the
Final Decree, which issues Letters of Administration for the Estate of DORIS R. WIDRA to
Shaun O'Toole, Esquire, The Elder Law Firm of Shaun O'Toole, 220 Pine Street, Harrisburg,
PA 17101, (717) 695-0389.
