of the Petition for Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of
Guardian, following hearing the Court finds that Ms . Shelley
Hartlaub is in need of a temporary guardian of her person and
estate and enters the following order:
1 . Keystone Guardianship Services of
Elizabethville is hereby appointed temporary guardian of
Ms . Hartlaub' s person and estate .
2 . The duration of this guardianship is for
90 days unless extended by the Court .
3 . Keystone Guardianship Services is to attempt,
within the medical system, to comply with the medical
recommendations for the ongoing treatment of Ms . Hartlaub. If
the recommended medical treatment is for outpatient services and
Ms . Hartlaub may be returned to home, her fiance, Paul Jumper,
Jr. , may assist Keystone Guardianship Services as practical in
caring for Ms . Hartlaub' s person and estate as delegated to him
by Keystone Guardianship Services .
4 . Carlisle Regional Medical Center is
authorized and directed to transport Ms . Hartlaub to any
independent psychiatric exam that can be arranged to evaluate her
for follow on treatment that is within Cumberland County.
