Plaintiff, Contech Engineered Solutions, LLC ("Plaintiff'), is a limited liability company with offices in West Chester, Ohio. 2. Defendant, Insight Development, LLC ("Defendant"), is a limited liability company having offices and place of business at 2055 Tech Parkway#100, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050. 3. At the special instance and request of Defendant, Plaintiff sold and delivered to Defendant certain goods, wares,merchandise and services, as are more specifically described on Plaintiffs Invoices. 4. A true and correct copy of Plaintiff s Invoice is attached hereto,marked Exhibit "1," and made a part hereof. 5. Plaintiff avers that Defendant received duplicates or copies of said invoices in the regular course of Plaintiffs business. 6. Defendant received and accepted the aforementioned goods, wares,merchandise and services. 7. The prices charged by Plaintiff were the fair,reasonable, and market prices that prevailed at the times of the transactions. 8. The prices charged by Plaintiff were the prices that Defendant agreed to pay. 9. Plaintiff avers that as of March 30, 2013, a principal balance of$3,362.04 remains due and owing to Plaintiff as a result of the Defendant's failure to pay for the aforementioned goods, wares and merchandise purchased on a commercial credit account. 10. Plaintiff claims interest at the rate of eighteen percent(18%)per annum as damages on the liquidated balance per Plaintiff s Invoice. 3 X0077779 11. Plaintiff avers that interest at the aforesaid rate amounts to $601.85 from March 30, 2013 through March 28, 2014. 12. Although repeatedly requested to do so by Plaintiff, Defendant has willfully failed and refused to pay the aforesaid balance, interest, or any part thereof to Plaintiff. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against Defendant, Insight Development, LLC, in the amount of$3,963.89,with continuing interest on the principal balance at the rate of eighteen percent(18%) per annum, and costs.
