declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me.
ITEM 1: Upon my demise, I direct my Executor arrange for procurement/installation of
and payment for a bronze marker on my grave, the type and description of which has been lodged with
my Executor in separate instructions.
ITEM 2: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical
after my death.
ITEM 3: I direct that all taxes and interest and penalties thereon that may be assessed in
,. � consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from

ITEM 6: All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wheresoever
situate, together with insurance thereon I direct my Executor hereinafter named to expeditiously convert
into cash and to divide my residuary estate among the following named persons or organizations and in
the percentages as set forth below:
A. Fifteen (15%) percent to ST. THERESA CATHOLIC CHiJRCH, Bridge Street,
New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to be used for maintenance and upkeep of the

FRANK GREENAWALT has this day received of Frank Greenawalt, Executar under the Last
Will of LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER Late of the Township of Upper Allen, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, deceased, THREE HiJNDRED SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS AND SIXTY EIGHT CENTS ($306,781.68) by way of Estate
check no. 117 which represents partial distribution of sixty five percent (65%) of the residual
estate of the Late LAURA GREENAWALT KREIDER per the decedent's Last Will and
Testament, dated October 2, 2003;

the bequest, the undersigned does hereby release, quitclaim, and forever discharge the said
