WHEREAS, PATRICK A. BLAYLOCK AND KAREN J. BLAYLOCK, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with TAMANINI HOMES, LLC, for the erection of a dwelling
upon a lot of land situate as follows:

Now, tAAtt a(p , 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with contractor and the further consideration of One($1.00)Dollar to contractor paid by owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania known as
Lot 4 on Section 7 of the Re-subdivision of Lots 11-16 of Section 1, Trindle Station, Phase 2, prepared by
Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc., recorded in Cumberland County Records to Instrument No. 201328651,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the right-of-way line of Franklin Drive (50 feet wide) at the dividing line of Lots No. 3
and 4 as set forth on the above referred to Subdivision Plan; thence along Lot No. 3 North 56 degrees 38
minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 97.87 feet to a point at Stormwater Facility 1; thence along last
mentioned lands North 33 degrees 21 minutes 34 seconds East, a distance of 127.05 feet to a point at Lot No.
5; thence along last mentioned lands South 56 degrees 38 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 88.96 feet
to a point on the right-of-way line of aforementioned Franklin Drive; thence in and along last mentioned lands
the following courses and distances: 1) by a curve to the right having a radius of 225.00 feet and a length of
14.71 feet and a chord bearing of South 31 degrees 00 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 14.71 feet; 2)
thence South 29 degrees 07 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 112.66 feet to the point and Place of
