III) Portfolio Associates provided me no notice they filed a suit against me for this debt. I was only informed of this entire matter today, on July 19, 2014, when I received a call from a local attorney, stating I was being sued by Portfolio Recovery Associates, and wants to represent me and counter -sue, for this company failing to provide notice of both the debt, and suit. I do not live at "451 West Perm St." IV) There is no money or assets availah?e to collect from defendant. Available money is $0.00.1 am currently behind on all of my bills and child support. A judgment will cause severe harm to my family, and will further cause me to default on my child support obligations for my son in Virginia, who relies on me to support him every month. Inability to not pay child support will result in me losing my low paying job, which will further result in going to jail for not paying child support, further resulting in not being able to provide for my current family in Pennsylvania, including two young children who need formula, diapers, food, and a roof over their heads. If this company wants to cause further financial stress and ruin to myself and family, I will counter -sue for failing to provide notice of this debt and lawsuit, and will also file for bankruptcy, to ensure my family gets fed.
