JOHNSON SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20
PA.C.S.A. §§ 3182 AND 3183
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 11t" day of July 2014, upon consideration of the Petition, and
following a hearing at which it was apparent that the Co-Executrixes appointed by the
deceased have an inharmonious relationship and are unable to coordinate their mutual
duties and responsibilities, each Co-Executrix is given twenty (20) days to reply in a
writing filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court assuring this fact-finder that they can
jointly and effectively put aside their differences and complete their assigned task, or if
not, why Leah K. Rider should not be granted new letters testamentary as sole executrix
per the Last Will and Testament of Bessie Johnson where both other named co-
executrixes are incapacitated.
