iothe title holder ofrecord, as more particularly described in Deed and intended to be
recorded inthe Office ofthe Recorder ofDeeds inand for Cumberland County, Pannoy|vanoi
the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been give n by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or
improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material
nnan, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials hothe said Contractor under the contract entered into between said
parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
TWO stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements ofthe Act ofAugust 24. 19G3. P.L497. asamended,

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Lot No. 30 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Jefferson Court recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book
87. Page 146, the same being numbered asmore particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Jefferson Drive (a 50 foot
wide right of way) along the dividing line of Lot No. 29 and Lot No. 30 of the aforementioned
Plan, South 00 degrees 34 minutes 12 seconds West 142.89 feet to a point; thence along the
dividing line between Lot No. 30 and 31, North 89 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds East 165.95
feet to a point; thence along the western right-of-way line of Jefferson Dnve (a SO foot wide
right of way) and Lot No. 31 of the aforementioned Plan, thence by a curve to the left having a
radius of 175.00 feet, an arc length of 236.52 feet with a chord bearing North 49 degrees 51
minutes 32 seconds West having a chord length of 218.93 feet to a point;
CONTAINING 17,605.728 square feet. more or less.
LOT NO. 30 is subject to all applicable notations and conditions set forth by final
subdivision plan approval of Jefferson Court.
