Plaintiff is VOLT Asset Holdings Trust XVI. 2. Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is acting solely in its capacity as servicer for VOLT Asset Holdings Trust XVI. 3. The Defendant is Robert W. Miller,Jr.,who is the mortgagor and owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described,whose last-known address is 133 Glenwood Road Apartment#2,Dillsburg, PA 17019. 4. On February 28, 2003, Robert W. Notice of this lien was filed on August 7, 2012, at the Office of the Prothonotary of Cumberland County,by the United States Department of the Treasury,Internal Revenue Service,Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, against Robert Wayne Miller, and which is recorded in the office of the Prothonotary of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania. 13.
