Because the assessment balance on the indicated criminal case exceeds $1,000, the enclosed
judgment has been filed against you per Act 84 of 1998 which requires:
"The county clerk of courts shall, upon sentencing, pretrial disposition or other order, transmit to
the prothonotary of the respective county certified copies of all judgments for restitution,
reparation, fees, costs, fines and penalties which, in the aggregate, exceed $1,000..."
It was not filed because of any action or inaction on your part and no further action will be taken
unless you are notified otherwise. It is simply a public record of your court ordered obligations
previously sentenced on the indicated criminal case. The judgment/satisfaction fee has been
added to your case balance and no extra payment is required beyond your monthly pay plan
amount.
