IN RE: ESTATE OF ANNE A. CLEMM, DECEASED
Susquehanna Trust & Investment Company, Trustee (the "Trustee") of
the Anne A. Clemm Revocable Living Trust Established under Agreement dated
September 20, 1991, as amended (the "Trust"), being a beneficiary under the Last
Will and Testament of Anne A. Clemm dated September 20, 1991, does hereby
acknowledge (effective upon actual receipt of any amounts yet to be paid) that
Trustee has received the full distributive share of her Estate, as shown in the
informal account of the Estate of Anne A. Clemm attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit "A".
The Trustee hereby states that it has reviewed the informal account.
The Trustee waives any right to have the informal account filed with the Register of
Wills. The Trustee accepts and approves it with the same force and effect as if it had
been filed in the Office of the Register of Wills, audited in the Orphans' Court,
adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and the amount paid to the Trustee had been
duly awarded by order of the Orphans' Court.
The Trustee, in consideration of the promise of the other beneficiaries,
does hereby agree to refund to the Estate on a pro rata basis any amount which may
be necessary in the future to discharge any obligations and liabilities of the Estate of
which the Trustee may hereafter receive notice. The Trustee also agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless, to the extent of assets the Trustee has received from,._,

Investment Company, from any actions, suits, payments, liabilities, andjs s, cL5
relating in any way to the Estate. ? _

Clemm, of and from any and all claims and rights the Trustee now has or may in Ltr'e
future have against the Estate and Personal Representative, whether due to
negligence or otherwise, which the Trustee may have by reason of administration of
the Estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, a
duly authorized representative of Susquehanna Trust & Investment Company,
Trustee of the Anne A. Clemm R vocable Living Trust, has hereunto set his/her hand
