disposing mind,memory and understanding, do make,publish and declare this my Last Will ara
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills and Codicils by me at any
time heretofore made.
I
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as
the same can conveniently be done.
2.
1 make the following specific bequests and legacies:
A. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Thousand and No/100ths($3,000.00)
Dollars to ST.JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL, currently of
501 St. Jude Place, Memphis,Tennessee 38105,
B. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Thousand and No/I 00ths ($3,000.00)
Dollars to NATIONAL SHRINE OF SAINT ELIZABETH ANN SETON,
currently of 333 South Seton Avenue,Enimittsburg, Maryland 21727.
C. I give and bequeath the sum of Three Thousand and No/]00ths ($3,000.00)
Dollars to ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH,currently
of 310 Hertzler Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055.
FOR PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION: I am aware that by making these gifts in the
form of a specific devise and bequest that it will have priority in the distribution of my Estate.
Also, in order to eliminate any argument or confusion among my beneficiaries as to my
understanding or desires in this respect,I direct my Executor to pay from the residue of my
Estate all death taxes associated with the value of these items and legacies. Additionally, I
specifically direct that all debts, costs, charges,Executor's commissions, attorney's, appraiser's
and accountant fees, and other expenses and the like that would typically be calculated or taken
against the value of these bequests are also to be paid from the residue of my Estate.
3.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever
and wheresoever situate, I direct my Executor to divide and distribute as follows:
A. One-half(1/2)thereof to my son,JAMES W. MILLER III. In the event he
fails to survive me, then to my grandson, CHRISTOPHER JAMES
MILLER.

B. One-half(/2)thereof to my grandson, CHRISTOPHER JAMES MILLER.
In the event he fails to survive me, then to my son, JAMES W. MILLER III.
In the event both my said son and said grandson fail to survive me, then I direct that
the residue of my Estate be distributed among my heirs as determined by the laws of intestacy
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

In the event that any of the beneficiaries named herein shall undertake to contest this,my
Last Will and Testament, in any way, form, or manner whatsoever, I direct that the share given
in my Estate herein to her or to him, as the case may be, shall be forfeited and shall be divided
and distributed among the other beneficiaries in the proportions as set forth above. I further
direct that, insofar as I am legally authorized to do so,my said Executor and its counsel are to
seek the payment of any attorney's fees and court costs incurred in a defense of this, my Last
Will and Testament, from such contest or similar proceeding.
5.
It is my intention that beneficiaries named before or after the date of this Will on my
life insurance,annuities, individual retirement accounts(IRAs), in Trust for or joint bank
accounts and any other assets for which I may designate beneficiaries will receive such
investments and that my Will provisions shall not control such investments.
6.
It is my wish that my son and my grandson see to it that flowers are placed upon my
and my husband's grave on the following holidays: Easter, Christmas, Veteran's Day and
Memorial Day.
7.
1 nominate,constitute and appoint ORRSTOWN BANK, to be Executor. I further
direct that it shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of
Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
