AND NOW, comes Carter Lumber Company ("Carter""), 'by and through its
undersigned counsel and files this Statement of Mechanic's Lien as a subcontractor
pursuant to the Mechanic's Lien Law of 1963, 49 P.S. ` noi, et seq., against the fee
simple interests of the premises herein described, any and all buildings erected
thereupon and the curtilage appurtenant thereto for the,payment of$9,498•15, together
with applicable interest. The following is the statement of claim:

Supply of building materials for residential home construction.
6. Amount or Sum Claimed to be Due is:
Nine thousand four hundred ninety-eight dollars and fifteen cents
($9,498•15) for materials supplied within the last six (6) months for
erection, construction, alteration, or repair and upon the credit of the
property,buildings and curtilage described herein, including interest
which continue to accrue.
7. Lien is Claimed Against the Following Described Real Property and
Structures Thereon:
Property identified as 227 Parkway Drive, Mount Holly Springs, South
Middletown Township, Cumberland County, including any and all
structures and personal property located thereon, as more specifically set
forth in "Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan for Westgate
Development Phase 5, 6, and 7," a copy of which is recorded in the
Recorder of Deeds Office of Cumberland County in Plan Book Volume 94,
Page 59, on May 21, 2007.
8. Dates Upon Which Formal Notice Received:
To the extent Formal Notice of Intent to Lien was required,the Owners
received said Formal Notice of Intent to Lien by letter dated April 24;
