Amount or Sum Claimed to be Due is: Nine thousand four hundred ninety-eight dollars and fifteen cents ($9,498•15) for materials supplied within the last six (6) months for erection, construction, alteration, or repair and upon the credit of the property,buildings and curtilage described herein, including interest which continue to accrue. 7.
