The Petition of Alicia D. Faircloth, respectfully states that:
1. Petitioner was appointed Administratrix of the Estate of Jonathan D. Faircloth,
deceased by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on March 6, 2013 at File
Number 21-13-0130.
2. The entire Estate has been distributed to the creditors and the parties entitled
thereto, and no other property belonging to the Estate has been received by
Petitioner or remains to be accounted for by Petitioner.
3. Western Surety, c/o Mark T. Reilly, CIC, Reilly Insurance LLC, is surety on the
Petitioner's bond as Administratrix in the amount of$5,000.00.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Alicia D. Faircloth, respectfully requests that this Court
discharge her as Administratrix and release her and her surety from all future liability on the
bond given by them.
