Last Will and Testament
I, Sop�ie Louise Shaffer, being of sound mind and memory hereby declare this my Last Will
and Testament, revoking all previous wills and promises. I direct that my Executors pay all my bills,
taxes and funeral expenses. I further direct them to have my remains cremated and buried with my
Husband Howard L. Shaffer, Sr. in the Tri-County Memorial Garden Cemetery, 740 Wyndamere Road
in Lewisberry, York County,Pennsylvania.
I leave all my property, both real and personal, except for the following exception, to be divided
equally by my surviving children, Mary L. Mills, Jacqueline L Jumper, Warren D. Shaffer and Anita J.
Everhard. If any child named above predeceases me the other surviving children shall divide that
share(s).
Exception: My son, Warren David Shaffer, shall reimburse the estate the amount of
Pour Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00); the amount still owed me on a loan, or
if my Executors determine, a lesser amount in consideration of any agreed upon pay-
down of the Ioan for labor or material expended by him on my behalf to preserve or
enhance any of my assets, during my lifetime or after my death. Reimbursement, if any,
to the estate for such loan shall be a paper-work function only, before any distribution, by
subtracting the amount owed by him from the amount to be received by him and dividing
that subtracted amount equally by those surviving children receiving monies,,including
him.
I leave the means of dividing my property, both real and personal, to my Executors. I designate
my daughters Mary L. Mills and Anita J. Everhard as my Executors,either singularly or together as they
may decide.
