I , JOSEPH A . GALL , of the Township of Hampden, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke
any Will previously made by me.
Item 1 : 1 devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wheresoever situate , together with insurance thereon,
to 'mv wife, BETTY J . GALL, providing she shall survive me by
thirty (30) days . Should BETTY J. GALL , predecease me or die on
or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I devise
and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wheresoever
situate , together with insurance thereon, to my children :
MICHELE M. GALL ; JOANNE M. McCARTNEY; and DIANE M . LONG , share
and share alike . Provided however , should any of my daughters
predecease mae or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) da,,
following my death, I devise and bequeath the share of such
daughter to her issue, per stirpes , living on the thirty-first
(31st) day following my death . Further , the term "issue" shall
not include any children of the previous marriage of my daughter ' s
husband, RUSSELL McCARTNEY.
Item 2 : Should any of my issue entitled to a share of ml,
estate not have attained the ale of twenty-five (25) years at the
time of distribution to him or her, I devise and bequeath. the
share of each issue to COH'MIONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK, 10 South
Market Square, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, IN

SEPARATE TRUSTS , to hold , manage, invest and -reinvest the share
so received and the accumulation of income thereon, and to use
and apply the income and principal , or so much thereof, as in
Trustee ' s discretion, may be necessary or appropriate for each
issue ' s medical care, support and education (:including college
education, both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his
or her parents ability to provide for such medical care, support
or education, and to make payment for these purposes , without
further responsibility, to such issue or to such issue' s parents
taking care of such issue. Any principal or income not so applied
shall be distributed to such issue absolutely when he or she
attains the age of twenty-five (25) years . If he or she dies
before attaining the age of twenty- five (25) years, the trust
shall terminate and such share shall be distributed to his or her
personal representative.
Item 3 : I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death , of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
Item 4 : I appoint my wife , BETTY J . GALL , Executrix of this
my last will . Should my wife , BETTY J . GALL , fail to qualify or
cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter , MICHELE M. GALL ,
Executrix of this my last will . Should my wife, BETTY J. GALL
as well as my daughter , MICHELE M. GALL, both fail to qualify or
cease to act as my Executrix, I appoint my two daughters , JOANNE
M. McCARTNEY and DIANE M . LONG , Co-Executors of this my last will .
