I, GLORIA M. CARROLL, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and revoke any and all Wills and
Codicils previously made by me.
ITEM I: 1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my
grave marker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon
as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: All federal, state and other death taxes payable because of my
death with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such tax,
shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid
out of the residue of my estate, without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
ITEM III: I give and bequeath any automobile I may own at the time of my
death to my nephew, JOSEPH C. MARTIN of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
ITEM IV: I give and bequeath the sum of $10,000.00 to each of my
following siblings:
a) SHIRLEY J. SAMOIS of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania;
b) JO ANN E. SHEARIN of Lexington, Kentucky; and
C) DIANE M. MARTIN of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
Should any of my named siblings predecease me, then the deceased sibling's share shall be
divided equally among my surviving named siblings.
ITEM V: I give and bequeath the sum of $10,000.00 to each of my
following nieces and nephews, or their issue, per stirpes:
a) DEBORAH L. MATHIAS of Etters, Pennsylvania;
b) JOSEPH C. MARTIN of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania;
C) CATHIE R. CULVER of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; and
d) WILLIAM G. MARTIN of Midlocthian, Virginia.
Should any of my nieces.or nephews predecease me and not be survived by issue, then the
deceased relative's share shall be divided equally among my surviving nieces and nephews.
ITEM VI: I give and bequeath the sum of $10,000.00 to both of the
following charities:
a) TRINDLE SPRINGS LUTHERAN CHURCH of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania;
and
b) THE SALVATION ARMY of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, currently located at 20 East
Pomfret Street.
ITEM VII: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my Estate of every nature and wheresoever situate to be distributed in the following
percentages to the following nephews and.nieces, or their issue, per stirpes:
a) JOSEPH C. MARTIN—25%
b) WILLIAM G. MARTIN—25%
C) CATHIE R. CULVER—25%
d) DEBORAH L. MATHIAS—25%.

of this my Last Will and Testament. :In the event•JOSEPH C. MARTIN should predecease me,
