IZORA F. HOERNER
I,IZORA F. HOERNER,of Camp Hill,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and 1'estament, revoking hereby ail wills and cociicils at any time
heretofore by me made.
I.
I direct that all of my just debts, together with the expenses of my funeral and the
cost of a gravemarker, be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, of whatever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die
possessed or of which I shali be entitieu to uis�,osz ut t�e tir.�e �f my c�P�th, in eaual
shares to my beloved son George T. Fahnestock. If he should predecease me,my devise
and bequest to him shall lapse and, in that event, I give, devise and bequeath it

instead to my daughter-in-law Barbara J. Fahnestock. I she also predeceases me, my
devise and bequest to her shall lapse and, in that event, I give, devise and bequeath it
instead to Vikki K. Swailes.
III.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son GEORGE T. FAHNESTOCK.
as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event he shall for any reason fail
to qualify, or having qualified shall cease to act as Executor hereof, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint my daughter-in-law BARBARA J. FAHNESTOCK as Alternate
ExecutrIX of this my Last Will and Testament in hIS place and stead.
IV.
I hereby direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of
whatever kind and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid by my residuary
estate as a part of the expense of the administration thereof, without apportionment.

I direct that no person serving as Executor or Executrix of this Will be required to
