Plaintiff, Eric Ordo, requests genetic testing to establish paternity pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S.
4343 and in support of that request states that:
1. Plaintiff is an adult individual who resides at in Mechanicsburg PA and has a mailing
of 2 Butternut Lane, Mechanicsburg PA 17050.
2. Defendant is an adult individual who resides at 17 West Green Street, Mechanicsburg
PA 17055.
3. Defendant is the natural mother and Plaintiff believes that he may be the natural father
of India Clark, DOB 1 /1 I '20
4. The above child resides with her mother, Kiley Hennessey at 17 West Green Street,
Mechanicsburg PA 17055.
5. The Defendant was not married at the time the child was conceived or born.
6. The Defendant is presently not married.
7. The Defendant believes there may be a support action in Cumberland County
involving this child but does not know the case number. The Defendant further believes that the
person named as father in that action is James Clark.
8. Plaintiff agrees to pay all costs associated with genetic testing in accordance with ,p7e

procedures outlined by this Court.
9. I verify that the statements made in the Complaint are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge, information and belief. I understand that false statements herein made are
subject to the penalties of 18 Pa.C.S. 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities.
Wherefore, Plaintiff requests that the Court Order Defendant to submit to genetic testing
and to make the child available for genetic testing.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 3rd day of September , 2014, upon consideration of Plaintiff s
Complaint To Establish Paternity and for Genetic Testing, it is hereby ordered and
directed that Plaintiff, Defendant, and the Child, India Clark, D.O.B. 11/7/2012, appear
for genetic testing at a private provider (such as Rite Aid or any other genetic testing
provider) at a date and time convenient to all parties but no less than 30 days from
September 3, 2014. Such genetic testing shall be conducted by an established genetic
testing laboratory in the course of its regularly conducted business activity, and certified
records of the results shall be obtained therefrom. The laboratory must be certified by
either the American Association of Blood Banks or the American Association for
Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics. See 23 Pa. C.S.A. §4343(c). Such genetic
testing is to be paid for by the Plaintiff.
