The West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,by its Solicitor, Martson Law
Offices, hereby files its claim for delinquent sewer services against the real estate hereinafter
described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to
ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owners, or the reputed owners, of the property against which this claim is filed
are Jerry S. Porter and Doris J. Porter with a last known mailing address of 2093 Newville Road,
Plainfield, PA 17081.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 2093 Newville Road, Plainfield, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer service fees against the above-described property in the amount
of$232.65, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

In consideration of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND AND 001100
($148,000.00) DOLLARS,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby
grant and convey to the Grantees,their heirs and assigns, as tenants by the entirety:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts of land with improvements thereon erected located
in West Pennsboro Township,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,more particularly
bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of State Highway Route No. 641,which
point is in the Eastern line of land now or formerly of Arthur C. Heller and wife;
thence Eastwardly in the center of said highway South 75 degrees East 100 feet to a
point in line of Tract No.2;thence Northwardly by a line at right angles to the center
line of said highway 266 feet to a point;thence Westwardly by a line parallel to the
center line of said highway 100 feet to a point;thence along property now or formerly
of Arthur C. Heller and wife by a line at right angles to the center line of said
highway 266 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to building and use restrictions of record.
BEING the same premises which Roy M. Cline and Ada M. Cline, by their Deed
dated May 7, 1965, and recorded in Cumberland County,Pennsylvania Deed Book
"O", Volume 21, Page 818, granted and conveyed unto William L. Chestnut and
Bertha C.Chestnut,husband and wife. The said William L.Chestnut having died on
January 12,2003,whereupon fee simple title vested in Bertha C.Chestnut,his wife,
Grantor herein.

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of State Highway Route No. 641, which
point is in the Eastern line of Tract No. 1;thence Northwardly along said tract,266
feet to a point;thence Eastwardly by a line parallel to the center line of said Highway,
10 feet to a point;thence along lands now or formerly of Roy M. Cline and Ada M.
Cline herein parallel to the Eastern line of the Tract No. 1,266 feet to a point in the
center line of said Highway;thence along said center line,North 75 degrees West 10
feet to a point,the place of Beginning.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to building and use restrictions of record.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Roy M.Cline and Ada M. Cline,by their
Deed dated June 10, 1969,and recorded in Cumberland County,Pennsylvania Deed
Book"G", Volume 23, Page 346, granted and conveyed unto William L. Chestnut
and Bertha C.Chestnut,husband and wife.The said William L.Chestnut having died
on January 12, 2003, whereupon fee simple title vested in Bertha C. Chestnut, his
wife, Grantor herein.
AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that she will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
