LAUNSE, DECEASED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS Charles M. Launse, late of Lemoyne Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on April 25, 2013, having first made his Last Will and Testament, which was duly executed on April 26, 2010 and is duly recorded in Cumberland County Courthouse, Register of Wills, File No. 2113-0553; WHEREAS, Charles M. Launse, by the aforesaid Last Will and Testament, did not name an Executor of his Last Will and Testament; WHEREAS, Letters of Administration C.T.A. on the estate of decedent were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County and were granted on May 21, 2013 to Victoria Marie Zuna, hereinafter called Personal Representative; WHEREAS, the Personal Representative has gathered the assets of the estate of the decedent, and the assets consist of real_and personal property to a total value of$2,578.41 as set forth in Exhibit A, which is a statement of account of the said Personal Representative, and which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit A; WHEREAS, the total expenses of the estate including debts of the decedent and administrative costs exceeded the total assets; WHEREAS, Jack W. Shader and Shirley M. Shader,are the heirs of the decedent; WHEREAS, Jack W. Shader has paid the administration costs to settle this Estate; and WHEREAS, there are no remaining assets for reimbursement to or distribution to the heirs. NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Jack W. Shader and Shirley M. Shader, being the beneficiaries and heirs of the decedent, and being those persons entitled to inherit under the Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that there are no funds remaining for distribution; AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,.we agree that no formal account is necessary. THEREFORE, we and each of us do hereby remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge the Personal Representative, Victoria Marie Zuna, her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from the estate and from all actions, suits, payment, accounts, reckoning, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever touching upon the estate of the decedent.
