WHITE,CO-EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF BESSIE JOHNSON SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH 20 PA. C.S.A. 3182 AND 3183
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT,THOMAS A. PLACEY:
IN REPLY to the ORDER OF COURT, 11 July 2014. As a Co-Executrix for the Estate of Bessie Johnson, I
have been both willing and able to work with the other Co-Executrix, Linda M.lohnson. However,as
stated by the Court,our relationship has been inharmonious. Therefore, I am in agreement with the
Court to appoint leah K. Reider as sole Executrix. This would be in agreement with the Last Will and
Testament of Bessie Johnson.
