MOHL, of 109 Hollow View Lane, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils bv me at ane time heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral shall be paid from the assets of my Estate as soon as practicable after my decease. I authorize my Executor to expend funds from my estate, in such amounts, as my Executor shall consider necessary and desirable, for the disposition of my remains in accordance with the instructions I have provided herein. SECOND: I direct my Executor to pay out of the principal of my residuary Estate all state inheritance taxes imposed upon or with respect to my Estate, or any property in which I may have an interest, including any property not forming a part of my testamentary Estate, but included in my gross Estate for tax purposes, at such rimes and in such manner as my Executor in his or her sole discretion shall deem advisable; and no such taxes or any portion thereof so paid shall be collected from or paid by any other person, persons, or corporations by the way of reimbursement, pro- f..; ration, appointment or otherwise.
