LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF OPAL L. WISE
I, OPAL L. WISE, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
And Testament, in manner and form following:
1. 1 hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
2. 1 hereby direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. Should my husband, Richard E. Wise, survive me for a
period of thirty days following my death, I devise and bequeath
the remainder of my estate to Richard E. Wise.
4- Should my husband, Richard E. Wise, predecease me or die
on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise and
o Bath the remainder of my estate to my issue, per stirpes.
-cam 5. 1 nominate and appoint The Harrisburg National Bank And
T----t Company, Carlisle Deposit Branch, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
acs: gvdian of any property which passes to a minor and with respect
to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not other-
wise specifically done so.
6. 1 nominate and appoint my husband, Richard E. Wise, as

Executor of this my Last Will And Testament; and as substitute Exe-
cutors,, I nominate and appoint, in order of preference; First, my
son, Richard E. Wise, Jr. ; Second, my son, David S. Wise, providin
he is then twenty-one years of age; and Third, The Harrisburg Nat-
ional Bank And Trust Company, Carlisle Deposit Branch, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
