Fifty percent(50%)thereof unto ALZHEIMER'S FOLTNDATION OF AMERICA, in memory of my wife, Betty Wenk. Should any of the foregoing charitable beneficiaries not be in existence at the time for distribution hereunder,then the share of said defunct beneficiary shall be distributed to the remaining charitable beneficiary.
