PRAECIPE TO WITHDRAW OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION AND
ADJUDICATION AND STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION OF
ACCOUNT
AND NOW, comes the Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. by and through its counsel,
Mooney and Associates by John J. Mooney, III, Esquire, and files this Praecipe to
Withdraw Objection to Account and states:
1. Orrstown Bank is Guardian of the Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr.
2. On June 17, 2014, the Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. filed an Objection to
Confirmation and Adjudication and Statement of Proposed Distribution of
Account.
3. By Order of Court on June 17, 2014, the Court refrained from appointing
an auditor to afford parties the opportunity to resolve the matter.
4. The Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. withdraws objections to the invoices for
payments of counsel fees to Martson Law Offices.
5. The Estate of Glen H. Stoner believes and therefore avers that
withdrawing the objection to the invoices is in the best interest of the
beneficiaries and in accordance with the final wishes of the decedent.
WHEREFORE, the Estate of Glen H. Stoner, Sr. respectfully requests that the
Court approve withdrawal of the objections to the requested disbursements to Counsel.
