I, Hugh M. Booda, of R. D. #1, Loysville, Perry County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, an4
understanding, do hereby make, publish, and declare this my Las~;
Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all other writings
in nature testamentary by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND: I give and bequeath all of my property of what-
soever nature and wheresoever situated to my father, Charles K.
Booda, if he is living thirty (30) days after my death. In the
event he is not living thirty (30) days after my death, I then
give and bequeath all of my property to my mother, Isuphena E.
Booda, if she is living thirty (30) days after my death. In the
event neither my father nor mother are living thirty (30) days
after my death, I give and bequeath all my property to my brother,
Charles K. Booda, Jr.
THIRD: I hereby appoint Charles K. Booda as Executor of
this, my Last Will and Testament, except that in the event he is
unwilling or unable to serve, I then name Charles K. Booda, Jr.
Executor of this, my Last will and Testament, and I direct that
they shall not be required to give bond or other security in any

jurisdiction wherein proceedings may be held in connection with
my estate.
