Plaintiff is either the original Mortgagee named in the Mortgage, the legal successor in interest to the original Mortgagee, or is the present holder of the mortgage by operation of law. 3. The real property that is subject to the Mortgage is generally known as 257 Newburg Road,Newburg, PA 17240 and is more specifically described as attached as part of Exhibit "A". 4. Shawn A. Hensel executed a note as evidence of the debt secured by the Mortgage (the "Promissory Note"). A true and correct copy of the Promissory Note is attached and marked as Exhibit "B". 5. The interest of each individual Defendant is as Mortgagor, Real Owner, or both. 7. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly installments of principal and interest and other charges stated below, all as authorized by the Mortgage, are due as of April 1, 2009 and have not been paid, and upon failure to make such payments when due, the whole of the principal, together with charges specifically itemized below are immediately due and payable. 8.
