I, Mark L. Jones, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I do direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, administrative costs and estate
and inheritance taxes be paid by my hereinafter named Executor as soon after my death as may
conveniently be done.
SECOND: I do give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Evelyn V. Jones, the Marilyn
Monroe Franklin Mint Doll and accessories. To my daughter, Autumn M. Jones, the Marilyn
Monroe Christmas Angel. To my sister, Denise D. White, the glass Buddha figurine. To my spouse,
Robert E. Golden-Jones, all the remaining household items, including furnishings, appliances,
personal items and clothing.
THIRD: I do give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Autumn M. Jones, and unto my
daughter, Evelyn V. Jones, and unto my son, Jonathan M. Jones in equal shares,per stirpes, the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, of which I shall die seized and
possessed, and to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, of whatever nature and
wheresoever located.
FOURTH: In the event that any of my beueficiary(ies) are under the age of twenty-five(25)
years at the time of my death, then I do give, devise and bequeath all of their bequests in
SEPERATE TRUST for the benefit of said beneficiary(ies) to Robert E. Golden-Jones, whom I
nominate, constitute and appoint as the Trustee of my estate. In the event the said Robert E. Golden-
Jones predeceases me or is unable or unwilling to serve or, once having qualified ceases to act as the
Trustee of my estate, then I do nominate, constitute and appoint Robin Jones, as the Alternate
Trustee of my estate. Said Trustee(s) shall serve without the necessity of bond, with the power to
accumulate assets and pursue courses of action to collect assets, to invest proceeds and to pay from
those proceeds for the following uses and purposes:
A. to invest and reinvest the same and to receive the income thereon and therefrom:
B. to accumulate the income thereon and therefrom until the aforementioned
beneficiary(ies) attains the age of twenty-five (25) years;
C. if needed, the Trustee(s) shall pay the yearly premium on a health insurance policy
for the aforementioned beneficiary(ics) until said Trust terminates;
D. should the beneficiary(ies) elect to pursue a post-secondary education, the Trustees)
shall pay from principal and accumulated interest funds necessary for tuition, room,
board, books and other fees incident to post-secondary education; and
E. as the beneficiary(ies) attains the age of twenty-five (25) years, their Trust shall
terminate and the Trustee(s) shall thereupon pay the then remaining principal or
corpus, together with any accumulated and unexpected income remaining in said
beneficiary's portion of the Trust, unto that beneficiary.

FIFTH: T do nominate, constitute and appoint as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament, Robert E. Golden-Jones. My said Executor shall have full power to do any and all things
necessary for the complete administration of my estate, including the power to sell, at public or
private sale and without Order of Court, any real or personal property belonging to my estate, and to
compound, compromise or otherwise settle or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands
against or in favor of my estate as fully as T could do if living. In the event the said Robert E.
Golden-Jones predeceases me or is unable.or unwilling to serve or, once having qualified ceases to
act as the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, I do nominate, constitute and appoint Robin
Jones, as the Alternate Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. No fiduciary shall be required
to enter bond or furnish sureties in any jurisdiction.

Testament, contained on this page and the foregoing pages, set my hand and seal, this 10th day of
July, 2014.
