MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
AND NOW, comes Richard Godfrey by and through his attorney, Mark F. Bayley, and in
support of the within motion avers as follows:
1. The Honorable Thomas A. Placey is assigned to the within matter.
2. A hearing is currently scheduled for August 14, 2014 in relation to the Movant's
Petition to Compel Inventory and Accounting.
3. Undersigned counsel and Tricia D. Naylor, Esquire, on behalf of the estate
administrator are in agreement to continue the hearing for approximately 6 additional weeks so
that efforts to settle the matter can continue.
4. The parties additionally agree that in the meantime provisions set forth in
