He was estranged from his three children that are listed on page 1 of this Petition. None of the three children attended his funeral. None of the three children have any beneficial interest in the Will, as modified by the Codicil. Petitioner is the nominee of the sole beneficiary of the estate, Kay F. Showvaker. If she does not survive the decedent by 60 days,then the estate is to be distributed to Ricky L. Myers and Kathy S. Myers. Petitioner is their nominee as well. Petitioner is the son of Kay F. Showvaker and the brother of Kathy S. Myers. Decedent's sister, Mildred Sees, (listed on page 1), resides in Florida is of ill health and could not attend decedent's funeral. Decedent's brother, Merle Gayman (also listed on page 1), has health issues. Neither the sister or brother is listed as a beneficiary in the Will or Codicil. There are no other beneficiaries listed in the Will, as modified by the Codicil. There are no principal creditors of the decedent. Petitioner has been employed by ACNB Bank and its predecessors for over 35 years. He is a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Originator. He is familiar with estate administration and fiduciary obligations.
