I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practical after my decease as part oftheexpens~ofthe administration of my estate. II. I bequeath my automobiles, household goods and other tangible personalty of a like natIJ~e (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to my wife, DANETTE A. BOODON. Should my wife, DANETTE A. BOODON, predecease me, I bequeath such tangible personalty and the insurance thereon to my daughters, MICKEY L. BELLET, SUSAN L. BOODON and JO ANN BOODON, together with my wife's nephew and nieces, ROBYN J. BOWSER, ASHTYN D. BOWSER and JUSTIN M. BOWSER, to be dividelI among by my Executrix in accordance with the Memorandum attached hereto and made part hereof. Any such item of tangible personalty which is not included in the attached Memorandum shall be distributed to my daughters and my wife's nephew and nieces by my Executrix, in her sole and absolute discretion. il III. I devise my interest in the 45 acre tract situate in Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, in four (4) equal shares, to my wife, DANETTE A. BOODON, and my daughters, MICKEY L. I devise and bequeaih ihe residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my wife, DANEITE A. BOODON. Should my wife, DANEITE A. BOODON, predecease me, I devise and bequeaih ihe residue of my estate as follows: A. Seventy (70%) percent ihereof, in equal shares, to my daughters, MICKEY L. BELLET, SUSAN L. BOODON and 10 ANN BOODON. B. Thirty (30%) percent ihereof, in equal shares, to my wife's nieces and nephew, ROBYN J. BOWSER, ASHTYN D. BOWSER and JUSTIN M. BOWSER, provided each shall survive. In ihe event ihat any of my wife's said nieces or nephew shall fail to survive ihen I devise and bequeaih his or her share to his or her ihen living issue, per stirpes, and in default of said issue said share shall be added to the share or shares of ihe surviving nephew and niece or nieces or his, her or their then-living issue, per stirpes, as applicable. V. Any principal or income not so applied shall be distributed to such issue absolutely when he or she attains the age of twenty-five (25) years. I direct that the interest of the beneficiaries under any Trust created by this, my Last Will, shall not be subject to anticipation or voluntary or involuntarily alienation. VII. I appoint my wife, DANETTE A. BOODON, Executrix of this, my last Will. Should my wife, DANETTE A. BOODON, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter, MICKEY L. BELLET, Executrix of this, my last Will. Should my daughter, MICKEY L. BELLET, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my brother, JOEL P. BOODON, Executor of this, my Last Will. VIII. I direct that my Executrix and Trustee, and their successors, shall not be required to post bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction. IX.
