KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT 1,Douglas W.Taylor,hereby
acknowledge that I have this day had and received of and from CINDY L. WOLFE,Executrix of
the ESTATE OF JUNE J.TAYLOR,the following:
Cash distribution,principal 1 $ 124,176,.88
Whiskey Spring Rd. real estate in lieu of cash,per family agreement $ 12,404.40
Cash distribution;income. $ 85.34 ,
in full satisfaction and payment of my full share in the ESTATE OF JUNE J.TAYLOR.
AND THEREFORE,1,the said Douglas W.Taylor,do by these presents remise,release,
quit claim and forever discharge the said CINDY L. WOLFE,Executrix, her heirs,executors and
administrators,of and from any liability arising from the administration of said estate and of and
from all actions, suits,payments, accounts, claims, duties and demands whatsoever,arising
therefrom.
IN CONSIDERATION of the distribution in full satisfaction and payment in the ESTATE
OF JUNE J.TAYLOR,I do agree:
(a)To refund to the Executrix, upon receipt of such request,any portion of the above
distribution to which I am not properly entitled,or which shall at any time be necessary to discharge
any debt,expense or liability of the estate, including but not limited to any estate, inheritance,
transfer or income tax.
(b)To indemnify and hold harmless the Executrix and the Executrix'successors and assigns
from and against an;'and all liability, expense,and costs which the Executrix may incur in that
capacity. -
AND 1,Douglas W.Taylor,hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of York
County may discharge the said CINDY L. WOLFE,Executrix, as aforesaid,upon application;,,,
without further notice to the undersigned. s =
