non-jury trial and that no expert witnesses will be called to testify; —�
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. All discovery in this matter shall be completed on or before October 31, 2014.
2. Any dispositive motions, if applicable, shall be filed on or before November
14, 2014. These motions will be set down for argument on or before
November 28, 2014. Argument on the motions will be held during the
December 19, 2014 Argument Court.
3. Any motions in limine shall be filed on or before January 9, 2015. Any
responses thereto shall be filed on or before January 16, 2015. The Case will
be tried in Courtroom No. 2 of the Cumberland County Courthouse on
Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that on or before January 21,
2015, each party shall submit a pre-trial memorandum to the Court. The memorandum
shall set forth the following:
1. A statement of the basic facts.
2. A summary of any legal issues presented by the case along with legal
authorities relied on.

4. A list of exhibits along with brief identification of each.
