I, Earl E. Copenhaver, of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I give and bequeath the sum of $1000.00 to Mr. And Mrs.
William J. Diehl or the survivor of them.
SECOND: I give devise and bequeath all the rest of my estate, real, personal
or mixed of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to be
divided into ten shares which shall be distributed in the following
manner.

THIRD: All transfer inheritance or estate taxes on property passing under
this my Last Will and Testament shall be paid out of the principal of my estate to the
same effect as if said taxes were expenses of administration.
FOURTH: This Will consists of three (3) pages.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint David Fleming as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and if he be deceased or unable to serve,
then I nominate, constitute Robert J. Trace to be the Executor of this my Last Will
And Testament.
SIXTH: (a). I authorize and empower my Executor, for [he payment of debts
or for any purpose of administration or distribution, at any time within two years from
the date of my death, to sell all or any of my real estate, at public or priva[e sale, for such
prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as he may deem best, and to execute
deeds of conveyance thereof, without liability on the part of the purchasers to see to the
application of the purchase moneys. This power shall not be construed to work a
conversion of my real estate, unless and until the power is actually exercised, nor shall
this power be construed to extend the lien of debts.
(bj. I authorize my Executor to retain ali stocks, bonds and other
instruments made by me for distribution in kind, or in his discretion to sell and transfer
the same, either in person or by attorney, without iiability on the part of the purchasers
to see to the application of the purchase moneys.

UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to the covenants and conditions as stated in Deed
Book 13-M, Page 207 and to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and other matters of record
or that which a physical inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
BEING the same premises which Central Trust Company, et al, by Deed dated April I, 1947 and
recorded April 8, 1947 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Deed Book 13-M, Page 207, granted and conveyed unto Earl E. Copenhaver and
Katherine R. Copenhaver, his wife. The said Katherine R. Copenhaver died August 27,2001,
vesting sole ownership in Earl E. Copenhaver.
TOGETHER with all and singular the ways, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and
the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title,
interest, use, trust, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever of the said Earl E.
Copenhaver, in his lifetime, and immediately before the time of his death, in law, equity, or
otherwise, howsoever, of, in, to, or out of the same.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released,
or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their heirs and
assigns, to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said heirs and assigns, forever.
AND the said David Fleming, Executor of the Estate of Earl E. Copenhaver and his heirs,
executors and administrators, do covenant, promise and agree, to and with the Grantees, their
heirs and assigns, that the said David Fleming, has not done, committed, or knowingly, or
willingly suffered to be done or committed, any act, matter or thing whatsoever whereby the
