I, Jerald Thomas, son of the above decedent, hereby acknowledge that I have been
notified that I have been named as beneficiary under the decedent's will. I hereby
renounce the right to the portion of the estate as.willed to me. °I relinquish all rights to
any inheritance and ask that any rights to property given to me in the will be given to my
sister and her son, Debra Mihalaki and Justin Mihalaki.
