Petition for Court Approval of Settlement of a Death Case Including
Wrongful Death and Survival Action Claims, it is hereby ordered that the
Petition is approved and the Petitioner is authorized to settle the said
claims in return for payment on behalf of Augustin Macias-Marquez in the
amount of $33, 333. 33 and to execute an appropriate release reflecting
such settlement.
It is further ordered that the Petitioner is authorized to make
the following payments from the said settlement proceeds:
A. An attorney fee to the law firm of Keller, Keller and Beck,
LLC, in the amount of $8, 333.33 (for estate administration
representation as well as representation in the said claims) ;
B. Reimbursement of costs advanced in the amount of $123. 50 to
the said law firm;
C. Reimbursement/payment of the Petitioner' s Decedent' s funeral
expenses in the amount of $6,325.10; and

D. Payment of the net settlement proceeds as wrongful death
recovery to Gregory Brown, to be divided in equal shares for the benefit
of the Decedent' s two minor children, Taylor Marie Brown, born November
20, 2007, and Tabitha May Brown, born December 30, 2008, to be deposited
in a federally insured account or certificate of deposit until each such
child reaches the age of 18. "�"'�

*Proof of said accounts with restrictions thereon to be filed with this Court within
thirty (30) days of receipt of the proceeds.
