The minors are EVAN C. ANDERSON, born September 23, 2000, and KACY L. ANDERSON,born September 7, 2003,who reside part-time with their mother, Sherry L.Anderson, and also with their father, Donald E.Anderson Jr. 2. The Petitioner SHERRY L. ANDERSON, biological mother of the minor children, resides at 914 Bosler Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043. 3. The Petitioner CAROL J. SNYDER, maternal grandmother of the minors, resides at 3851 Dora Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110. r- cr3 ; ô - 4. The biological father of Evan C. Anderson, born September 20, 2000, and Kacy L. 8 Anderson, born September 7, 2003 is DONALD E.ANDERSON,who resides at 558 c: Walnut Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043, who consents to the Petition as being , — presented,which Consent is attached hereto. e. No guardian has been appointed, and it is necessary that a guardian of the estate of the • cc c) minors be appointed because the minors are named as Beneficiaries in the Will of their great-aunt,SaraJ.Ross(67-13-0145),and both receive a distribution from their great-aunt's estate equal to $143,423.96 (see BELCO Community Credit Union statement attached as Exhibit"A"). 6. SARAJ. ROSS ("Decedent") departed this Earthly life on December 28, 2012,leaving a LAW OFFICE OF Last Will and Testament dated August 15,2008,which was probated in the Office of the WM.D.SCHRA CK IH Register of Wills of York County, Pennsylvania on January 24, 2013. 7. Letters Testamentary were granted to your Petitioner, Sherry L.Anderson,as evidenced by the information contained in Register of Wills File No. 67-13-0145. 8. The interests of Evan C. Anderson and Kacy L. Anderson should be represented by Sherry L. Anderson and Carol J. Snyder, your Petitioners in this matter, because the Testatrix specifically provided that her niece, Sherry L.Anderson,be appointed Trustee of the sums received by the Beneficiaries at the time of her death. 9. The control of the account for Evan C.Anderson shall be maintained until September 23, 2018, the date upon which Evan C.Anderson attains the age of 18 years. 10. Control of the account of Kacy L.Anderson shall be maintained until September 7,2021, the date upon which Kacy L. Anderson attains the age of 18 years. WHEREFORE,Petitioners request that the Court appoint SHERRY L.ANDERSON and CAROLJ. SNYDER as Guardians of the Estates of Evan C.Anderson and Kacy L.Anderson,and authorize the distribution of assets from the Estate of SaraJ. Ross,Deceased,to them,for the benefit of the minors, with which proceeds to purchase an insured savings certificate in their name, as Guardians of the Estates of the above-named minors, marked as set forth in the Decree attached hereto. Anderson, "NOT TO BE REDEEMED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 7, 2021 EXCEPT UPON ACTION THROUGH THIS COURT". On or after September 20,2018,when Evan C.Anderson attains the age of 18 years,and upon his request, the balance of his estate accounts shall be distributed to him. On or after September 7, 2021,when Kacy L.Anderson attains the age of 18 years, and upon her request, the balance of her estate accounts shall be distributed to him. If no withdrawals (other than as detailed above) are made from the investments authorized by this Decree, the Belco Federal Credit Union may pay over investments as provided when a Minor attains the age of 18 years on the date set forth immediately hereinbefore, upon the order of the Guardians and the Minor,without further Order of Court. The Guardians are directed to file an inventory within ninety (90) days of the date of this Decree,in accordance with the provisions of 20 PA C.S. 5142.
