contract for the erection orconstruction ofnSINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as51OMulberry
Orive. Mechanicsburg, 9/\ 17050. Foxmmod Eatahos, Silver Spring Townahip, Cumberland County, PennmWvonia,
described in Exhibit"A" henaof, of which 8onshine |. L.P. in the title holder of neoond, as more particularly described in
Deed dated August 14` 2O14and
P$in, August 14. 2014 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal conboct, and before
any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or impnovoment, to
purchase mbario|o for the aonna, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part ofsaid contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
Thig stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in a000njmnc$
