On April 21, 2014, Objectants, George F. Dixon, III and Richard E. Dixon, filed their
concise statement of matters complained of on appeal. Shortly thereafter M&T Trust Company
filed a Motion to Quash the appeal. Hoping that that motion would be granted, we exercised
judicial economy and put this matter on the backburner. Regretfully, and with apologies to all,
we did not follow through promptly by filing this opinion after the motion was denied.
Having reviewed our opinion and order of court dated March 7, 2014 as well as the
Appellants' Concise Statement, we are satisfied with our earlier analysis. Moreover, to the
extent we could articulate any better reasons, in keeping with the World War I metaphor in our
postscript, we are confident that any additions to our "Treaty of Versailles" will be ignored or
maligned by the combatants.
