PETITION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE OF A MINOR
UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20 PA. C.S. 5111(a),
AND FOR DEPOSIT OF THE FUNDS INTO A RESTRICTED BANK ACCOUNT
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The undersigned, counsel for proposed Guardians of EVAN C.ANDERSON and KACY
L.ANDERSON,did file with the Honorable Court a Petition for Appointment of a Guardian of the
two children, combined subjects in a single Petition, on August 21, 2014. The actions are to be
separated, and this Praecipe seeks an Amendment of the Petition that was just filed to address only
the rights of EVAN C. ANDERSON,by eliminating Kacy L. Anderson from the subject matter.
