DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 20th day of August, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Douglas E. Lewis, for the above decedent, and submission of an
instrument offered for probate, dated June 21, 1985, the register acknowledges that at
some point the second page of the document was severed below the Testator's signature.
IT IS DECREED that the instrument is admitted to probate as The Last Will and
Testament of William E. Lewis since the requirement for the Testator's signature to
appear at the end thereof has been met.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to
Douglas E. Lewis. He shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
the Commonwealth Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate
according thereto.
